Interviews & Hiring Process
This will include a one-to-two-stage interview process. We will first review your resume. You will be contacted within two weeks if you have been selected for an interview. Due to the volume of submissions, we will not contact you if you are not selected. If you do not receive a contact within this time, you have not been asked to move onto the interview round. Alternatively, we may contact you to indicate that we are interested in working with you in the future, and will put your resume on hold.
If you are asked to move onto the next interview round, you will meet with Shaina Scott or a member of her team. After the first interview, we will review the candidates again and contact the individuals we are most likely to move forward with. You will be contacted within two weeks if this is the case.
For the final interview, you will meet with Shaina Scott to discuss details of the project. We will then make our final selection and contact you by email within seven days,
Full-Time Vs. Part-Time Positions
In 2026, we are looking for only pay-per-project-based positions. Depending on the position one is hired for, we may ask an individual to recieve weekly pay for a certain amount of hours put in. We truly need to discuss pay per position.
In the future of our company, as we exit out of beta, we will be looking for more full-time and longterm positions at our company.
